Hochzeit in Schloss Spiez

Spiez Castle is a castle in Spiez, in the Swiss canton of Bern. It was built in 933 by the King of Burgundy, Rudolph II. The main tower was built during the XII century. The old castle was expanded in several stages, and surrounded by vineyards, gardens and forests.

Both the castle and the castle church can be rented for solemn weddings, same for the park that belongs to the castle, being a beautiful place to perform a solemn wedding ceremony in Switzerland, especially if you are thinking about getting married in Bern or in the Bern area.

For Clemens and Pussana, this was the perfect spot for their wedding. They met some time ago in Switzerland, the home country for Clemens, and although Pussana was living in Thailand, true love triumphed: they kept a distance relationship, and after a first wedding in Thailand, they decided to say yes again in Switzerland.

The bride hairstyle and make up were done by Reslie de Castro, a wonderful wedding make up artist in Switzerland. She wanted a very natural hairstyle, so she chose some gypsophila from her flower bouquet to be part of the hairstyle.

Before their wedding took place, we found some time to perform some bridal portraits (one of my favourite parts of wedding days) so that the bride had some beautiful memories of how gorgeous she looked, and then they stepped inside of the castle Spiez for their Ziviltrauung ceremony, which you can find below:
